India-focused venture capital fund manager Prime Venture Partners has reached a final close for its third fund with INR4 billion (approximately US$62 million) in capital commitments. The fund will primarily invest in early-stage technology startups in the financial services, health care, education, logistics and software-as-a-service sectors in India.
