CITIC Capital Partners, the private equity arm of alternative investment management and advisory firm CITIC Capital, has acquired a majority stake in China-based Jiangsu SKY Facility Management (SKYFM). SKYFM provides facility management services such as security and cleaning to a wide range of Chinese companies and institutions. CITIC Capital Partners, which completed the investment through its China-focused buyout fund, will partner with the company to develop more diversified services and expand operations in China. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
