Central Europe-focused private debt and growth capital investor Syntaxis Capital has exited its investment in Polflam, a Poland-based fire-resistant glass manufacturer, as part of family office Baltisse’s acquisition of the business. Syntaxis originally funded a leveraged recapitalization of Polflam by the company’s founders in 2014. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
