Global consumer-focused private equity fund manager L Catterton has invested in Brazil-based dental clinic franchise OdontoCompany. The company, which operates in all 27 Brazilian states and serves approximately 800,000 patients each year, will partner with L Catterton to accelerate its growth and expansion. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
