Gaurav Ahuja is a Managing Director with ChrysCapital and has been with the firm since 2004. He is responsible for the LP Relations and Fund Raising functions at ChrysCapital. Mr. Ahuja is a member of the Investment Committee and until recently was part of ChrysCapital’s Business Services investment team. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he was in the M&A group at Lazard Freres in San Francisco and Merrill Lynch in New York. Mr. Ahuja received an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Gavin Anderson is based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group. He has broad experience in advising sponsors and investors on a variety of issues, including fund formation, coinvestment, fund restructurings and carried interest arrangements.
Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. (Hons) from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College) in 2000 and PgDL from the College of Law at Guildford in 2001. He graduated from the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2002. Prior to joining Debevoise in 2006, he trained and worked as an associate at an international law firm in London.

A seasoned adviser with DFID India, Sumesh has about 15 years of experience in infrastructure finance, advisory, investment funds, responsible PE/VC investments, corporate development and policy reform across sectors. Sumesh brings substantial policy advocacy experience on economic development initiatives such as investment climate reform, making markets work in India’s low income states. Sumesh leads DFID India’s work with several partners – Banks/FIs/Investment Funds – both government and private. Sumesh holds an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai and a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology (Kozhikode).

Pallabi Ghosal, a Partner in the Mumbai office, specializes in investment funds and asset management, financial regulatory and general corporate advisory matters.

Dominic Goh joined HarbourVest in 2012 and focuses on secondary investments. This includes analyzing, structuring, and monitoring a wide range of secondary transaction types. Dominic was previously at Coller Capital where he evaluated secondary opportunities, and contributed to deal sourcing and fundraising efforts in Asia. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at ABN AMRO London in the Financial Institutions Group.
Dominic received a BSc (First Class Honours) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. Dominic is fluent in Mandarin.

Snigdha Jain is an Associate Director at Kotak’s Alternative Assets platform and has over 15 years of extensive experience in Business Development. She joined Kotak in 2009 is currently responsible for Fund Raising of all in-house third party funds. She has raised funds across the following asset classes – private equity, real estate, infrastructure, listed strategies and special situations funds. Prior to joining Kotak, she was associated with IL&FS as well as the Marsh & McLennan Group.

Geoffrey Kittredge, a London-based partner and Chair of Debevoise’s European Private Equity Funds Group, focuses his practice on private investment fund formation. Mr. Kittredge represents a broad range of international private equity and other private investment funds and their sponsors, including buyout, infrastructure, energy, credit, real estate, secondaries, and venture funds, as well as funds of funds.
Resident in Europe since 1999 and in London since 2002, he is a member of the EMPEA Legal & Regulatory Council, and is also a member of the Legal & Accounting Committee of the BVCA. Mr. Kittredge received his B.A. in 1984 from the University of Virginia, his M.B.A. in 1992 from Columbia University in Finance and Business Economics and his J.D. in 1996 from New York University, where he was an Editor of the Law Review.

Vivaik Sharma, a Partner in the Mumbai office, focuses on investment funds and financial regulatory matters.
Vivaik has advised a wide range of clients including sovereign funds, financial institutions, intergovernmental organizations, family offices and asset managers in relation to both domestic and overseas fund vehicles. He has worked extensively on setting up a wide range of funds including venture capital funds, private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, as well as managed-accounts and investment platforms.
Vivaik has assisted industry associations in analyzing and drafting key policies and regulations impacting the alternative investments industry.
