Growth markets investor Actis has raised USD150 million through the Series A issue of a Certificado de Proyectos de Inversión (CERPI) offering on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). Actis will be able to raise an additional USD200 million via further series. The CERPI, which was listed under the ticker symbol ACTPI 19, will serve as a feeder fund for Actis funds investing in infrastructure, energy, and financial services opportunities in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
