Alkhabeer Capital Acquires Three Education Companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

GCC-focused alternative asset manager Alkhabeer Capital has completed three investments in the Middle Eastern education sector, acquiring 100 percent stakes in UAE-based Capital School and Saudi Arabia-based Azezeyah, as well as a 90 percent stake in Saudi Arabia-based Tanmiyah Company. The three companies operate schools with a combined capacity of more than 11,000 students. Financial details of the transactions, which were completed through the firm’s second and third opportunity-specific education funds, were not disclosed.
