Ascendent Capital Partners has agreed to fully exit China-based dairy producer Ningxia Harmony Dairy Development via a sale to majority shareholder New Hopy Dairy. The deal, expected to close by Q42020, will reportedly see Ascendent receive USD109m for its stake. Read more
