A consortium of investors led by Baring Private Equity Asia has agreed to invest USD209m in India-based lender RBL Bank for a 19.55% stake. Baring has agreed to invest USD132m for a 9.45% stake. Other participating investors include CDC Group, Gaja Capital, and ICICI Prudential Life. Read more
