Enko Capital Managers has agreed to sell its minority stake in Dubai-based logistics company AMI Logistics to CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of CMA CGM. AMI’s founders have also agreed to divest their stakes in the company. Enko originally invested USD7m via its Enko Africa Private Equity Fund (EAPEF) in 2017.
