Poland-based telecom operator Play Communications has agreed to acquire a 100 percent stake in Poland-based telecom services provider 3S Group for EUR96 million (approximately USD109 million) from Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Enterprise Investors and the founders of 3S. Enterprise Investors acquired a 76 percent stake in 3S for EUR22 million (approximately USD25 million) in May 2015 through Polish Enterprise Fund VII. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
