Germany-based transportation provider FlixBus has agreed to acquire Turkey-based bus transport company Kamil Koç Otobüsleri from Actera Group, a Turkey-focused private equity fund manager. Actera acquired a 100 percent stake in Kamil Koç, which operates in 61 cities across Turkey, in July 2013 for a reported TRY65 million (approximately USD34 million). Financial details of the transaction, which is pending approvals, were not disclosed.
