India-focused venture capital firm Lightbox Ventures has closed an expansion fund with approximately US$54 million in commitments. Investors in the fund include endowments, pension funds, funds of funds and family offices. The fund will invest in Lightbox’s existing portfolio companies, supporting their further growth.
