Livonia Partners, a private equity fund manager focused on the Baltic states, has agreed to acquire Estonia-based glass producer Klaasimeister. The company specializes in manufacturing energy-efficient insulated glass units for façade projects. Financial details of the transaction, which is subject to approval by the Estonian Competition Authority, were not disclosed.
