Oaktree Capital Management has agreed to invest USD1.3b in bankruptcy financing for LATAM Airlines Group. The Group and its affiliates in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and the US filed for US Chapter 11 creditor protection on 26 May 2020, and its affiliate in Brazil was recently incorporated in the process.
