Global asset manager Schroders has agreed to acquire a majority stake in global impact investment fund manager BlueOrchard Finance. After the completion of the acquisition, BlueOrchard, which manages assets worth approximately USD3.5 billion, will maintain its current management team, processes, and strategies. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
